Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already shipped.
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
For approved returns within the United States, packages must be dropped off with the designated shipping carrier within 7 calendar days of return approval, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
Return shipping is free. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection before a refund is approved.
